What you'll do

• Provide technical support for Renesas MCU, MPU, and connectivity products
• partner with Sales to define and implement embedded processing sales strategy for assigned accounts
• determine customer requirements and recommend products and solutions
• collect customer feedback and market trends
• manage issue escalations with internal engineering teams
• provide program updates to senior leadership
• collaborate with Product Line, Marketing, and Sales Enablement teams to share customer-driven product feedback and influence roadmaps.
