What you'll do

• Manage sheet metal and HVAC duct construction projects
• define scope, schedule, deliverables, risks, and expectations with clients
• manage project costs and job costing
• coordinate fabrication, shop drawings, material deliveries, and field installation
• prepare vendor and subcontractor purchase orders
• coordinate with other trades
• conduct monthly reports and cost reviews
• maintain customer relationships
• develop field personnel
• support workplace safety.

Why this role

Requires 7+ years of relevant project management experience; sheet metal/HVAC duct construction experience strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, or significant related experience, required. Working knowledge of SMACNA standards.
