The role helps maintain compliant, high-quality plasma collection operations under the Center Manager’s operational guidance and the Center Physician’s medical direction.

What you'll do

• Determine donor eligibility through informed consent, medical history interviews, physical examinations, blood testing, and review of Serological Protein Electrophoresis results. Evaluate donor reactions and follow standard operating procedures for medical emergencies, including donor transport when needed. Refer medical or technical questions to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs. Support employee vaccination programs and manage employee incidents
• may serve as Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS.
