What you'll do

• Develop, organize, and operate nursing services for Skilled Nursing
• collaborate with the Resident Care Director
• ensure significant clinical developments are reported to appropriate parties
• coordinate outside services for residents
• maintain nursing schedules and assignments for 24-hour coverage
• order supplies and equipment
• support associate orientation
• prepare for assurance meetings and policy reviews
• serve as Administrator in their absence
• serve on-call on weekends and after normal working hours.
