What you'll do

• Direct maintenance operations for both courses and associated grounds
• supervise maintenance facilities and equipment repair
• hire, train, schedule, and develop staff
• oversee safety and regulatory compliance
• manage fertilizer and pesticide programs and records
• develop operating and capital budgets
• manage irrigation systems
• monitor purchasing and payroll processes.

Why this role

Requires an associate’s degree in turf management, agronomy, horticulture, or a related field and three years’ experience as a golf course superintendent. Pesticide and/or fertilizer licensing must be obtained and maintained.
