What you'll do

• Coach and mentor deployment engineers
• manage and prioritize incoming deployment tasks and incidents
• support performance measurement, onboarding, and offboarding
• represent the team to management and stakeholders
• deploy and configure production and corporate network and server infrastructure
• create power calculations, rack elevations, floor plans, wiring diagrams, and port maps
• coordinate vendor statements of work and project timelines
• contribute to scripts, tools, documentation, and processes
• manage hardware assets and RMA procedures
• diagnose and resolve network and server failures.
