What you'll do

• Lead a crew of 2–5 carpenters and laborers
• interpret blueprints and construction plans
• build decks, pergolas, roof structures, stairs, and railings
• keep projects on schedule and within budget
• communicate with homeowners
• train and mentor crew members
• maintain a safe, organized job site
• coordinate material deliveries and equipment
• perform quality control and ensure work meets company standards and local building codes.
