What you'll do

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on buildings, mechanical equipment, and utility systems
• assist with major repairs under licensed workers’ supervision. Calibrate and repair pneumatic systems, address electrical and refrigeration equipment, maintain records and checklists, respond to emergency maintenance requests, assist with renovations, and perform outside custodial duties such as snow removal. Take calls as scheduled and perform listed security monitoring and patrol duties.
