What you'll do

• Open or close the eLearning lab and maintain cleanliness and inventory
• check in trainees, verify identification, launch courses or exams, and proctor tests
• assist safety instructors with classroom setup and testing
• process registrations and payments, issue badges, and schedule trainees
• respond to customer inquiries
• administer respirator fit tests, audiometric tests, drug and alcohol screenings, and pulmonary function tests
• maintain testing equipment and protect confidential data
• respond to after-hours calls and support medical services as needed.
