Outside Sales Representative, Residential Concrete Coatings

The Outside Sales Representative works with homeowners throughout the Wichita metro area and surrounding communities; the listing location is Viola, KS. The representative generates and develops leads, consults with homeowners, prepares proposals, and follows opportunities through to sale and handoff, supporting the company’s residential project pipeline.

What you'll do

• Generate sales opportunities through prospecting
• build relationships with homeowners and referral partners
• attend networking and community events
• conduct in-home consultations and site visits
• measure project areas
• explain coating systems, colors, and options
• prepare estimates and proposals
• follow up with prospects
• maintain sales records
• and coordinate project handoff to operations after contract execution.
