What you'll do

• Develop estimates and proposals for customers and coordinate required sign-offs
• work with project managers and superintendents
• estimate service costs and prepare contract documents
• use proposal tools for company and subcontractor work
• review subcontractor estimates and proposals, negotiate as needed, and incorporate clear scopes into customer proposals
• maintain market analysis
• perform other duties as requested.
