What you'll do

• Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management
• direct psychopharmacological and medical services
• coordinate with the ACT team to monitor clinical status and treatment response
• conduct crisis assessment and intervention, symptom management, counseling, and psychotherapy
• consult with primary healthcare and other providers
• identify evidence-based or emerging practices for staff
• supervise medical staff and provide clinical guidance to NPs/PAs
• and respond to ACT team members and collateral medical staff 24/7/365.
