Certified Home Health Aide

The Certified Home Health Aide role is onsite in Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, with pay of $18–$22 per hour. SYNERGY HomeCare provides in-home care intended to help people live independently with dignity and compassion. The caregiver delivers personalized, one-on-one support that helps clients pursue personal goals, maintain independence, and participate in their communities. The role follows individualized care plans and includes daily living assistance, companionship, medication reminders, transportation support, and care documentation.

What you'll do

• Assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility
