The Digital Sales Executive – Human Capital Management role is based at Asure Software’s Tampa, FL office. Compensation is an on-target earnings range of $95,000–$105,000, with uncapped commission. The role generates new business and grows existing customer relationships across Asure’s product portfolio. Through prospecting, consultative selling, demonstrations, account management, and pipeline development, the position contributes to revenue growth and assigned sales goals.

What you'll do

• Identify and develop prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities, inbound inquiries, referrals, and business development
• conduct outbound outreach
• manage inbound leads and customer requests
• develop proposals, present pricing, negotiate terms, and close opportunities
• maintain sales pipeline and forecasts
• conduct discovery and software demonstrations
• recommend solutions
• build relationships with customers and partners
• identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
• document activity in CRM systems
• collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, Support, and Operations.
