What you'll do

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
• develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• provide dysphagia management and safe-swallowing strategies
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across both facilities
• educate patients, families, and caregivers on communication strategies
• maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
