This role exists to build and maintain precision tooling that supports the casting of critical aerospace components. The Pattern Maker ensures tooling accuracy and casting success by interpreting blueprints and crafting complex geometries to support manufacturing efficiency.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain pattern tooling, fixtures, and mold components.
• Integrate gating designs into mold layouts.
• Produce complex core geometries from blueprints.
• Interpret 2D and 3D drawings.
• Establish mold lines and parting geometries.
• Support bench work and fixture construction.
