The Direct Support Professional (DSP), Community Support role is onsite in Collegeville, PA, and is part-time. Pay is $20–$21 per hour. Applied Counseling and Consulting Services supports adults with autism and intellectual and developmental disabilities in building meaningful, independent lives. The role provides individualized support with daily living, skill development, behavioral support plans, and community participation. The DSP works with clinical staff to help individuals pursue personal goals and greater independence.
