What you'll do
- Wash and sanitize pots, dishes, utensils, carts, etc.
- Stock and rotate food and non-food supplies.
- Maintain proper chemical amounts and temperatures for the dish machine and sinks.
- Conduct closedown procedures including sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and securing equipment.
