Front Office Agent

What you'll do

• Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out
• handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries
• process payments and verify IDs
• maintain records in the property management system
• resolve or escalate guest concerns
• coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
• promote hotel amenities and local attractions and upsell services when appropriate
• maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk.
