Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Maintenance Technician works onsite in San Marcos, CA, at a mobile home park community. Pay is $23.00–$40.00 per hour. The role supports the day-to-day upkeep of a mobile home community and works with the onsite Community Manager and/or Maintenance Manager. The technician maintains park-owned facilities, amenities, common areas, and equipment in safe, clean, and operational condition. The role includes inspections, troubleshooting resident concerns, coordinating vendors, and submitting routine reports to support a well-run community.

What you'll do

• Maintain park-owned facilities, amenities, common areas, and equipment
• conduct inspections and maintenance
• coordinate with park vendors
• troubleshoot resident complaints concerning gas, electric, water, and plumbing
• submit routine reports
• walk and inspect the community
• purchase maintenance supplies as needed.
