What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive primary care including annual physicals, immunizations, and chronic disease management.
• Perform prenatal and postnatal care and provide Title X compliant family planning services.
• Manage a patient census of approximately 22 patients per day across multiple outpatient clinic sites.
