What you'll do

• Provide case management, advocacy, crisis intervention, and safety planning
• assess needs and develop service plans
• support shelter intake and transitions
• coordinate transportation and community resources
• conduct home, office, and community visits
• maintain case records and grant documentation
• and participate in the Sexual Assault Crisis Response on-call rotation.
