What you'll do

• Provide critical care to adult and geriatric MICU patients
• assess changes in respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological status
• manage ventilation, IV access, medications, and hemodynamic monitoring
• collaborate on care plans
• document in Epic
• follow infection prevention, medication safety, and critical care protocols
• support patients and families.
