The consultant helps establish consistent underwriting and pricing practices, manage risk selection, and strengthen portfolio oversight. The work also provides technical guidance on complex referrals and contributes to product development and underwriting governance.

What you'll do

• Establish and support adherence to risk appetite, risk selection, coverage analysis, underwriting guidelines, and authority for assigned lines
• promote consistency in underwriting and pricing decisions
• enhance portfolio monitoring
• advise on complex referrals
• use market intelligence to assess competitive fit
• work with Product leadership on product ideas and coverage language
• participate in audits, monitor exceptions, and coordinate improvement plans.
