What you'll do

• Develop and deploy automated workflows across departments
• map processes and identify inefficiencies
• establish workflow best practices and governance
• document processes with flow diagrams, SOPs, and risk assessments
• partner on core-system changes
• translate business requirements into technical specifications
• coordinate with IT, operations, and compliance
• complete required compliance and IT training
• help identify suspicious activity and prevent fraud.
