What you'll do

• Draft complaints, discovery responses, good-faith letters, motions, proposed orders, and mediation reports
• review discovery
• schedule hearings, arbitrations, trials, mediations, and depositions
• e-file state and federal documents
• prepare cases for trial and provide in-trial support
• and communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and judicial assistants.
