What you'll do

• Manage an active caseload of approximately 100–150 cases
• build relationships with attorney firms and medical providers
• communicate with attorneys, clients, and providers
• coordinate medical treatment, appointments, records review, and transportation for accident victims
• assess cases and make funding decisions up to $10,000
• prioritize workflow
• collaborate with internal stakeholders on service levels and revenue goals
• occasionally assist with training new team members.
