What you'll do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on MH-60R/S avionics systems
• inspect, troubleshoot, repair, service, test, and modify systems
• remove and install avionics components
• interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, manuals, and technical publications
• use aircraft-specific test equipment
• isolate malfunctions and restore systems to operating condition
• support inspections, technical directive compliance, corrosion prevention, aircraft movement, flight-line operations, detachments, SAR maintenance when directed, CDI requirements, and emergency drills when directed
• complete aircraft logbook and maintenance records in accordance with Navy procedures and local instructions.
