Senior Project Manager, Design and Construction is a hybrid role based at Tierra Encantada's Minneapolis, MN corporate office, with four days per week onsite and one work-from-home day when not traveling. The base salary is $130,000–$150,000 per year, with eligibility for an annual performance bonus. Tierra Encantada provides Spanish immersion early education and care for children from six weeks through six years old. The role leads design and construction delivery for new corporate and franchise centers, from preliminary layouts through construction close-out. It ensures projects meet brand standards, budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements so centers can open ready to serve children and families.

What you'll do

• Lead design for new centers, including layouts, test fits, construction documents, and permit sets
• coordinate architects, engineers, and site surveyors
• partner with Real Estate on site selection
• guide finish selections and permitting
• develop budgets and schedules
• manage contractor bidding, agreements, procurement, construction, meetings, change orders, site visits, inspections, and close-out
• coordinate handoff to Operations
• maintain vendor relationships and project tracking
• coach franchisees and coordinate with Finance, Purchasing, and franchise support. Approximately 35% travel to project markets across the U.S.
