The Line Cook — Village Pub (Cactus) role is onsite in Las Vegas, NV. Compensation is not specified. The role prepares and plates menu items, keeps kitchen stations stocked, and coordinates with servers so orders are completed promptly and according to guest requests. It also supports kitchen cleanliness, food safety, temperature records, and prep cooking as business needs require.

What you'll do

• Stock and set up kitchen stations
• clean, cut, and cook ingredients for appetizers, snacks, main dishes, and desserts
• plate food according to the Kitchen Manager’s guidance
• coordinate with servers on timely orders
• clean and store kitchen equipment and utensils
• follow food safety and hygiene procedures
• record refrigerator and line temperatures
• clean kitchen equipment
• complete cross-functional prep-cooking training and assume those responsibilities as needed
• put away food orders as needed.
