Delivery Assistant

The Delivery Assistant role is onsite in Earth City, MO. Compensation is $19.05–$21.25 per hour. The assistant helps ensure orders are accurate, secure, and delivered efficiently by inspecting, loading, and unloading merchandise and communicating with customers. The role also supports warehouse duties and escalates customer concerns to distribution center leadership.

What you'll do

• Work with delivery drivers to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient deliveries
• inspect orders before loading for accuracy, completeness, and damage
• load and unload merchandise using powered and non-powered material handling equipment
• make customer calls before and during delivery
• provide proof of delivery and resolve basic service issues
• relay escalated concerns to distribution center leadership
• perform general warehouse duties as needed.
