What you'll do

• Evaluate client requirements and recommend production, distribution, inventory, and campaign execution solutions
• develop service strategies
• identify account growth and process improvement opportunities
• set project priorities and coordinate resources
• review costs and fulfillment options
• monitor account performance
• coordinate Sales, Prepress, Production, Logistics, Purchasing, and other teams
• resolve customer and operational issues
• analyze service metrics
• use ERP, CRM, and MIS systems
• prepare management recommendations.
