What you'll do

• Support residents’ self-confidence and self-worth
• carry out program development and daily goal work
• encourage positive social interactions
• assist residents with managing personal funds
• complete daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual documentation
• communicate with the Program Director and staff
• uphold facility and organizational policies and philosophy.
