What you'll do

• Review voluntary and long-term kinship applications
• request and assess background checks
• verify caregiver residency and relationship to the child
• enter eligibility information and documentation in eWISACWIS
• maintain tracking systems and meet required timelines
• conduct home visits and assessments
• provide welcome materials and explain program requirements
• contact biological parents for consent
• recommend applicant eligibility
• complete annual reassessments and maintain confidentiality.
