What you'll do

• Oversee daily shop operations, production planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• lead technicians, assemblers, and supervisors
• use SAP, ERP, and MRP systems to monitor inventory, production, and supply-chain logistics
• implement lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous-improvement initiatives
• analyze data to identify bottlenecks and forecast demand
• collaborate with engineering, quality control, procurement, and logistics
• ensure safety and quality compliance through audits and staff training.
