The role keeps deliverables accurate and timely, coordinates across internal teams, and improves workflows and automation to support scalable operations and a seamless client experience.

What you'll do

• Manage client requests, shared sales and training inboxes, workflows, and deliverables
• coordinate client communications, meetings, training logistics, registrations, invoicing requests, and handoffs
• track deadlines and resolve issues
• coordinate learning programs, sponsorships, events, and advertising fulfillment
• maintain records and workflows in business systems
• identify process improvements and support workflow automation
• prepare process documentation, trackers, and reports.
