What you'll do

• Take customer payments for service and parts, review charges, and balance the cash drawer
• track loaner vehicles and verify customer licenses and insurance
• coordinate vehicle cleaning, fueling, and routine maintenance
• receive and check in keys for vehicle arrivals
• organize CPO paperwork and inspection checklists
• schedule service appointments and communicate wait times and transportation options.
