The Repair Technician 1 role is onsite in Harrisburg, PA, completing exterior home repairs at customer job sites. Compensation is $25–$28 per hour, with the potential for a monthly incentive. P.J. Fitzpatrick provides home remodeling and improvement services, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and bath remodeling. The technician completes repairs scoped and sold by Repair Experts, communicates with customers, and documents completed work. The role supports team productivity and customer experience while allowing Master Repair Experts to focus on diagnosing issues, selling repairs, and generating sales leads.

What you'll do

• Complete exterior home repairs as scoped and sold
• review work orders and job scopes
• communicate job progress and expectations to customers
• maintain workmanship, efficiency, and organized job sites
• identify and report additional repair needs or scope discrepancies
• submit job documentation, payment, photos, forms, and notes
• maintain the company vehicle
• manage the daily schedule with direction from coordinators and management.
