What you'll do

• Provide companionship and assistance with the client’s daily routine
• help with light cleaning, laundry, household organization, meals, errands, and appointments
• provide medication reminders according to the care plan
• transport the client in their vehicle when needed
• maintain a safe home environment
• update the office and family
• complete shift documentation.
