Exposure to the end-to-end car-buying journey and a team capstone project provide practical experience and a foundation for potential post-graduation opportunities.

What you'll do

• Complete an accelerated customer operations training program
• engage with customers by phone and chat to solve problems
• gain exposure to Market Operations and the driveway and Vending Machine experience
• participate in tours of the Car Vending Machine and Inspection Center
• collaborate on a capstone project and present solutions to senior leadership
• attend executive lunch-and-learn sessions.
