The Inside Sales Trainee, Local Sales role is onsite in Columbus, OH. Pay is $20–$24 per hour. The position supports Loeb Electric’s inside sales team and develops skills for a future Inside Sales Representative role. The trainee learns products, systems, quoting, pricing, order management, and sales processes while assisting customers and experienced sales professionals. The role builds the knowledge and customer relationships needed to take on increasing sales responsibility.

What you'll do

• Learn Loeb Electric products, customers, systems, and sales processes
• assist customers with product questions, pricing, availability, orders, and delivery updates
• support quotes, order entry, product research, and follow-up
• research products, manufacturers, pricing, availability, and alternatives
• develop customer relationships through phone, email, and in-person interactions
• coordinate with sales, purchasing, operations, and project teams
• participate in product, vendor, sales, and industry training.
