The Program Director role is onsite in Issaquah, WA. Pay is $19–$23 per hour. The Little Gym provides movement-based learning and physical development programs for children from four months through 12 years. The director teaches gymnastics classes and leads the curriculum and staff development. By supporting strong instruction, customer service, and program operations, the role helps deliver the center’s children’s enrichment programs and support enrollment and business performance.

What you'll do

• Teach gymnastics classes using the established curriculum and teaching method
• reinforce the organization’s values and mission
• develop and support staff and curriculum delivery
• explain programs and events to customers
• provide customer service and membership support
• assist the Gym Director in monitoring business indicators
• respond to calls, texts, emails, voicemail, and walk-in inquiries
• and clean equipment to maintain a safe environment.
