What you'll do

• Manage patient and staff schedules, including reassignment of visits
• initiate infection control forms
• provide backup support for calls and case conferences
• maintain hospitalization logs and coordination notes
• schedule skilled nursing, injection, discharge, recertification, supervisory, and rescheduled visits
• run scheduling reports
• prepare and review weekly agent schedules
• verify paper notes
• support patient transfers between branches
• route clinical questions to the Branch Director.
