What you'll do

• Process customer orders, changes, returns, and documentation
• respond to phone and email inquiries about products, pricing, availability, and order status
• verify inventory, pricing, ship dates, and vendor availability
• prepare and follow up on quotes and samples
• recommend alternatives
• coordinate with operations, purchasing, and management to resolve issues
• maintain customer and order records in the ERP system.
