The Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) role is an onsite position serving clients in Medford, NJ, and nearby communities, with pay of $19–$22 per hour. Home To Stay Home Care Solutions provides non-medical home care to help seniors and people with disabilities live safely and independently at home throughout South Jersey. The aide provides personal care, mobility support, meal assistance, companionship, and light housekeeping in accordance with client needs and care plans. The role also includes medication reminders, monitoring and reporting changes in client condition, and documenting care provided.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• support mobility, ambulation, and safe transfers
• prepare light meals
• provide companionship and emotional support
• perform care-related light housekeeping
• provide medication reminders according to the care plan
• monitor and report changes in condition
• document care provided.
