What you'll do

• Provide guest service and support sales initiatives

• promote reservations, trade-ins, and loyalty programs
• train and provide feedback to associates
• support scheduling, payroll, store cleanliness, omnichannel fulfillment, inventory control, loss prevention, cash reconciliation, and opening and closing procedures
• supervise Sales Associates and Retail Keyholders when the Store Manager is absent.
