First-Shift Line Operator

The First-Shift Line Operator role is onsite in Montgomery, AL, Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is $14 per hour during the 30-day probationary period, increasing to $16 per hour afterward. The position supports packing and shipping parts. The operator helps ensure parts are accurately prepared and tracked by packing and scanning totes, inspecting and relabeling returned totes, scanning inventory, and maintaining a safe, clean work area. The role is temporary-to-permanent, with a 30-day probationary period.

What you'll do

• Pack and scan totes to customer specifications
• inspect totes for damage and trash
• remove old labels from returning totes
• scan parts for inventory
• maintain a safe, clean work environment and perform 5S duties.
