What you'll do

• Assist customers in person and by phone, answer questions, locate merchandise, suggest add-on sales, and process special orders
• assist with opening and closing
• foster teamwork
• take inventory
• respond to complaints
• manage operations in the store manager’s absence
• enforce policies and safety standards
• support merchandising, signage, ordering, pricing, and staff training.
