The Industrial Machinery Mechanic role is onsite in Gastonia, NC. Pay is $23–$27 per hour, depending on experience. The position supports production equipment at a family-owned manufacturer of custom industrial brushes. The mechanic sets up, maintains, and troubleshoots CNC staple-set brush-making machinery to help keep production running efficiently. Preventive maintenance, repairs, and machine changeovers support reliable equipment performance and production goals.

• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot machinery
• perform preventive maintenance
• diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and related system issues
• complete machine changeovers for different brush designs and materials
• collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
