The Registered Nurse (RN), Progressive Care Unit role is onsite in Tucson, AZ. Pay is $61–$64 per hour. The role supports patient safety and timely clinical response by monitoring telemetry and vital signs, administering ordered medications and treatments, assessing patients, communicating changes to the care team, and documenting care. It also contributes to patient and family understanding through education and discharge planning.

What you'll do

• Monitor telemetry and vital signs for early signs of deterioration
• administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and unit protocols
• perform ongoing assessments and communicate changes to the care team
• educate patients and families about conditions, medications, and discharge planning
• assist with mobility, activities of daily living, and safety precautions
• document care and patient response.

Why this role

Requires an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing, current RN license in the state of practice, BLS, and ACLS. At least one year of med-surg or telemetry experience is preferred.
